★ 遇天候不佳等不可抗力因素致大眾運輸停駛，可申請退費或延期；若純屬個人因素當天無法到達者，恕不接受退費或改期。

CHECK-IN / OUT TIME
★★ 入住時間：下午 15:00 後。可多利用自助入住機台自行辦理入住。
★ 退房時間：上午 11:00 前。逾時每小時加收 NT$200。 Check-in time is after 15:00 (Self check-in kiosks available). Check-out time is before 11:00. Late check-out will incur NT$200 per hour.

★ 房內僅提供大小毛巾、沐浴乳、洗髮乳，不提供其餘一次性備品；額外加棉被需另付 NT$200 清潔費。
★ 一樓大廳後方設有 24 小時開放之飲水機與投幣式洗烘衣機。
★ 入住後如發現房間設備或清潔問題，請立刻拍照通知櫃檯處理，以維護您的權益。 Housekeeping will not enter rooms for consecutive stays unless the cleaning sign is hung on the door handle before 14:00. No disposable amenities provided. Extra blanket: NT$200. Water dispenser and coin-laundry are on the 1st floor.

★ 房內物品設備如有毀損遺失或特殊髒汙，需照價賠償。
★ 馬桶中請勿丟入異物（含衛生紙），造成堵塞需賠償維修費。 Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited (NT$3,000 fine). Guests are liable for damaged, lost, or heavily stained items. Do not dispose of foreign objects (including toilet paper) into the toilet to avoid repair fees.
